Many swimmers spend a couple of weeks in Dover to attempt their Channel swim.  Bellow are "Channel Swimmer friendly" options for you, and they have all been recommended strongly in the past.  If I have omitted your accommodation of choice, please let me know.

Varne Ridge Holiday Park

Varne Ridge is a five minute drive from Dover towards Folkestone.   They have two bungalows for weekly rent, and a number of luxurious, multi-roomed static caravans.  The Park is run by David and Evelyn, who thoroughly enjoy hosting Channel Swimmers during the Summer.  They regularly drive swimmers to and from their swims, make sure swimmers have all the required kit for the swim, host celebratory parties and generally are considered as surrogate parents during your stay.

The Victoria Guest House

This B&B is run by the charming Bill and Audrey.  They are located five minutes walk from the training beach, and town centre.  Audrey is well known for her fabulous cooked breakfasts.  They are very used to hosting Channel Swimmers, and will offer help willingly.  They are actively interested in the progress of their guests during their swims.

The Premier Travel Inn

This is one hotel of a large chain in the UK.  The hotel and the accommodation it offers is clean and sterile, and probably what you would expect from a cheapish hotel.  It is a couple of minutes walk from the training beach in Dover, and most rooms have views of the Harbour and Channel.  The price is fixed for each room at around £50 per night.
