Beginner Swim Sets
These sets are aimed for swimmers that are new to pool training, and have not come from a swimming club background. During the Winter months prior to your swim try to complete 3 to 4 of these sessions a week. Do not fall into the trap of just swimming length after length, try to make your distance count with quality.
