Club Swimmer Sets

These sets are aimed at swimmers that come from a swimming club background or those swimmers that have been training for a while, and are used to doing longer (1 hour+) sessions.  Do not go overboard with these sessions, pick a session that is achievable and that can be completed properly, rather than picking a session that is too long and in which the last couple of km's are just a plod rather than a quality work out.
